não gostei do atendimento, faltava toalhas no quarto, a roupa de cama estava suja, com manchas tipo de sapato como se alguém tivesse subido na cama, ou seja nem lavaram as roupas de cama para colocar outro hospede. o chuveiro esta sempre no quente não consegui mudar, levei um choque, o ar condicionado não dava para alterar o jato e o dispositivo de acionamento da força do quarto não funcionava, não tinha mantas nem cobertas.

Falta limpeza

Peca na limpeza, principalmente na área comum. Carpetes dos corredores muito sujos. Elebador sujo, com as portas que pareceria que não tinha sido kimoado uma única vez na vida. A propósito, só funcionava 1. O quarto é espaçoso mas os travesseiros são velhos, sem um padrão. As fotos enganam.

Esquecemos um livro e um óculos de sol com grau no quarto, quando liguei parei tentar encontrar, falaram que não foi encontrado nada no quarto. Hotel nada confiável além de todos problemas estruturais que possui (carpete velho nos corredores, móveis antigos no quarto, paredes sujas do quarto)

Hotel bom, mas precisa melhorar muito.

O hotel é bom. O atendimento é bom. Porém, em alguns quartos, como é o caso do 310, há muita claridade e o SINAL DE WI-FI É PÉSSIMO. Além disso, o chuveiro não esquentava a água. O café da manhã vai de razoável pra baixo. Para o valor, não é nem de longe justo. Em suma, o hotel é bom, mas precisa melhorar muito.

Incrível, o quarto limpinho, bem organizado e com serviços quase impecáveis. Só teve um apagão no prédio durante a noite, mas durou apenas uns dois minutos. No geral, foi maravilhoso!!
