"I am not registered disabled, but have an arthritic condition which makes walking painful. I arrived before 18:00 but the few spaces near the entrance were all taken up, so I had to park in the general area and walk about 300m with my luggage."

"Very close to the train station, so even if the weather is bad, IBIS is easy to get to. And they have large umbrellas to rent if you need one. The staff was very informative and willing to chat when they weren't otherwise occupied. While my stay was short, they had good suggestions that I want to explore when I return"

"The hotel was beyond beautiful and in a stunning location. The rooms are very clean and cosy - with a well stocked bar. The spa, sauna, steam room and both indoor and outdoor pools are stunning and super clean. The outdoor was lovely and warm due to it being heated. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay an excellent experience - they are incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming! Dinner each night in the restaurant was of an extremely high standard with impeccable service - their breakfast was of the same impeccable standard. I cannot recommend this place enough - it is a truly amazing hotel with incredible views of the lake and mountains. I will most definitely be returning again to this beautiful place. Thank you to all the staff for making our time with you a memorable and special experience!!"

Then the warm welcome continues in the room finding chocolate fruits etc .. and very attentive staff at the breakfast the next morning helping out with a last minute one for me. Effye was also super nice and helpful and very accommodating! "Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
