Everything was excellent except for the toilet that did not flush properly. Had maintenance fix it twice but still wouldn’t flush properly…had to flush 2-3 times. Buffet breakfast was superb and one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts with exceptional Filipino and local dishes.

Room was good. Staff very good. Breakfast not as good in last 3 years. Stayed here every year in the past 3 years.Quality of food going down. Its under stood everything needs to be cost effective. Best hotel to stay for family time

My family really enjoyed the stay. The special treat upon arrival, the nice big clean room, the delicious breakfast and the staff service is so creative and the best. The place is new and near to everything, restaurants and mall.

I loved that its right next door to the SM Mall! Plenty of shopping and foods! Plus their restaurant is banging! I love their all you can eat buffet! Their hot showers are very relaxing. We like it so much, we got a membership there! They have a pool on the top floor! The views are excellent.
