The Zuri Hotel is located near SM mall, which was a plus as we went there for food, shopping, groceries, haircuts. We were placed on the third floor, which was right above their event center, and unfortunately, they had an event on the first night that we stayed there which was very loud and where you can feel the vibration from the music. Now having just traveled 30+ hours, we expected to have a good night sleep but unfortunately that did not happen. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the food tasted good. The rooftop swimming pool was very busy with many children and even in their warm tub. The kids were playing so just note if you expect to have a quiet time with adults this is not the place. The staff was friendly and courteous, and very helpful. Shout out to the Concierge who gave us the direction to go to the fish port in Iloilo, which was a lot of fun. I would probably stay here again, but request a high Flor next time.

Everything was excellent except for the toilet that did not flush properly. Had maintenance fix it twice but still wouldn’t flush properly…had to flush 2-3 times. Buffet breakfast was superb and one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts with exceptional Filipino and local dishes.

Great hotel. Well organized and clean. Plenty of amenties. The room was spotless and had no issues. Staff is great and very professional. Only thing I would comment on staff-wise is that they are so professional that it almost comes off as robotic versus personable. I know that's not on them and moreso probably due to the policy they have to abide by. I would suggest a more personable touch though but also, that's just my personal opinion and the experience may be drastically different for others.
