"Too many rules-can't use windowsills, $10 fee for unreturned key cards? Place was filthy dust caked on counters. Constant, mandatory "safety inspections" so they'll barge into your room with barely any notice. Place is cheap but there are other hotels with equally low prices with less B S"

"The apartment was clean and spacious. We had trouble with the wifi being poor quality and there was no bathmat or hand towel available so we had to go to the nearby Target. Overall, it was fine for a quick visit."

"Great location! My partner and I come to Chicago a lot and this was one of favorite stays. The rooftop area was great and being able to watch tv with the city lights was so fun plus the main bathroom had heated floors. I was very impressed with the penthouse. 10/10 would definitely recommend staying here."

"It’s a really nice place. Its quite a distance from downtown Chicago. But it’s like 3 minutes from Chicago Blue line and a minute away from the bus station. Food is not a problem since there is a Korean grocery nearby. There is also a nearby Catholic church. The ameneties in this loft hotel is complete so if you are looking for a budget style trip and accommodation, I highly recommend this place."
