The host Adrian was excellent and made my check in very easy, especially because I speak very little Portuguese. The door locks are old and stick so thought I was was locked in the bathroom a few times.

Tive uma experiência muito agradável na Pousada Lua e Mar em Ilhéus, Bahia. A pousada oferece um ambiente acolhedor e aconchegante, com um atendimento impecável e um clima muito tranquilo, ideal para quem quer relaxar. O quarto em que me hospedei estava limpo e bem cuidado, proporcionando conforto durante toda a estadia. A localização também é excelente, próxima às belas praias de Ilhéus, o que tornou minha experiência ainda mais especial. No entanto, gostaria de fazer uma sugestão para melhorar a experiência dos hóspedes: o acesso pelo portão pode ser um pouco demorado, pois ele leva um tempo para abrir ou fechar. Acho que seria uma excelente ideia fornecer um controle remoto para cada hóspede, tornando o processo mais ágil e prático, principalmente quando há pressa. De resto, minha estadia foi ótima e com certeza voltarei! A Pousada Lua e Mar é um ótimo lugar para quem busca descanso e boa hospitalidade.

Pousada simples e tranquila.

Ficamos apenas 1 noite e saímos muito cedo no dia seguinte, então não tomamos o café da manhã, logo não podemos avaliá-lo. A pousada é simples, com lances de escada de madeira, o que dificulta a subida com malas. O quarto em que ficamos, de numero 7, era bom, espaçoso com uma varanda boa com rede e uma mesinha redonda com 2 cadeiras. O banheiro era espaçoso e limpo. No quarto não tem telefone e se vc quiser pedir algo da cozinha tem que descer e ir na recepção fazer o pedido ou fazer pelo WhatsApp. Demoramos para conseguir fazer porque não respondiam a mensagem e quando eu ligava não atendiam, então quando eu já estava me arrumando para ir até a recepção, me retornaram a ligação. Entendi que nem era culpa dos funcionários porque só havia 1 na recepção que atendia a tudo. A localização é boa, fica em uma rua calma paralela à praia. Para o valor que pagamos na diária a hospedagem foi satisfatória. Um ponto positivo é o estacionamento que é dentro da pousada.

O unicos pontos positivos são à distância da praia e a parte externa q é charmosa, pq o restante nao vale o que eu paguei. Pra começar no anuncio aparece café da manhã buffet, a primeira mentira, pq o café é servido bo quarto, se eu soubesse nem teria reservado, e preparem-se para comer as mesmas poucas opções todos os dias, eu fiquei 6 dias e comi as mesmas coisas. Isso quando nao faltava item ou vinha errado.E se vc tentar mudar algum item dos pouquíssimos q tem, se vc tiver sorte vão atender. Por ser no quarto tem q falar um horario para entregarem, isso é horrivel, a pessoa está de feria e tem q colocar relogio pra acordar. Nao pode acordar cedo em um dia e tarde no outro, tem q acordar na hora q eles vao entregar o café. Fui antes do feriado para poder trabalhar de la e o lugar não oferece nenhuma infraestrutura, nao tem um espaço home office, so uma mesa na varanda (pq paguei a mais pela varanda), e por ficar na parte de fora sem vc conseguir move-la para dentro é impossível trabalhar por causa do calor. Além do mais a internet é horrorsa e tive q rotear do celular pra conseguir trabalhar. Deviam avisar q nao é possivel trabalhar do local, q eu nem reservava, de novo. O quarto só tem uma unica tomada, lembra q falei q estava trabalhando, pois é, ou eu ligava o computador ou carregava o celular. Meu quarto tinha varanda com uma rede, mas caia umas coisas do teto na sua cabeça, parecia q era da telha. Enfim, experiência muito ruim, nao pretendo voltar e nem recomendar
