"Overall, everything was good. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice, and the swimming pool was excellent. However, one staff member was enough to ruin the overall impression of our stay. Right from the beginning, the security employee standing outside behaved very rudely. Although there was available space near the reception, he did not allow us to park there briefly for check-in, even though we had arrived with our whole family and children. He communicated in a very rough manner, giving orders instead of speaking politely. Unfortunately, this experience was enough to spoil the impression of the entire stay. "The rooms were clean and comfortable and had desks to work on. Big plus to have a toilet downstairs in the living area and a toilet plus shower upstairs near the bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and had excellent views of the mountains through enormous windows. You can also look out onto the courtyard tables and a large screen television. We also ate lunch in the restaurant and it was great. Very friendly staff. Will definitely come back. Excellent value."

"We stayed at Dilivita Rest House in Dilijan for just one night, and even that was too long. if you have kids, avoid this place completely. The photos showing slides and a playground are very misleading this is not a kid-friendly property. We booked through Expedia for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids), and were given a room that smelled of dampness and had a huge stone in the middle. It was completely unacceptable. We made it work for one night only because we didn’t want more stress, and let our 3-year-old sleep with us. Later, my kids played in the yard with the owner’s grandkids. They accidentally lost a soccer ball during a game, and the owner got angry, accusing us of damaging his property.
