"This property is an ideal romantic base for 2 to enjoy this area of the Dales. The property was clean, nicely decorated and adequately furnished to a high standard. The bathroom and bedroom were comfortable, clean and well maintained. If only the weather had been as good as this property then the holiday would have been perfect. "We stayed here for 2 nights as my son was doing the Pennine Barrier Ultra Marathon, so it was quite handy for that, but it was a lovely surprise to arrive there and feel really comfortable and at home, it has everything you need (except a hairdryer). I would like to return for a longer stay sometime in the future and would highly reccommend to anyone ."

"This was a return visit to Pear Tree Annexe for me and it was every bit as cosy, comfortable and relaxing as before! The location is perfect being so close to all amenities but still incredibly peaceful and with lots of gorgeous walking very close by. I always have the nicest time staying here and the hosts are incredibly welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend Pear Tree Annexe in every respect and certainly look forward to my next holiday there!!"

"A perfectly small cottage finished to a very high standard. Top notch fittings through, beds, pillows etc all of a very high standard. A perfect base to explore that area although keighley itself is not that nice. Secure parking an added bonus. Just be aware that there is a VERY busy bus garage just meters away so you will need to sleep with your windows closed! The first night we were awoke at 5.30 with the buses all leaving! The double glazing is excellent so with the windows shut...
