"Staff in club lounge were amazing. We did go for breakfast in general restaurant and it was a bit hectic so we kept to the club lounge for our remaining stay. Our housekeeper Nancy (749) had our room spotless and was friendly, in fact all the staff in the hotel are friendly and this makes for an inviting and relaxing stay. We have stayed 5 times now and will return with preferred club. 3 out of 5 have been club so we obviously enjoy the extras that club offers, in particular the terrace and of course club lounge for breakfast. "The hotel is great in general. Showers will need some upgrading. Very close to the airport. Lovely staff except for one female at the reception. Dinner Buffet changes theme daily which is good. Quiet and nice crowd. Bonus point goes to the activities such as bingo at 5 pm. "
