Banheiro com limpeza ruim. Quarto dispunha de apenas 1 tomada. Não havia cadeira no quarto. Ar condicionado Ok. Os funcionários são em maioria atenciosos. Café da manhã produtos de baixa qualidade e apresentação ruim. Sugiro reavaliar a playlist, pois as músicas são agitadas o dia inteiro e em vários espaços , não possibilitando estadia para descanso.

O café da manhã tem bastante opções; local muito bonito: quarto ótimo. Unica coisa negativa é que as piscinas nao estavam muito limpas, acredito que poderiam fazer a limpeza diariamente.

Segunda vez que fomos ao hotel. Estadia muito boa. Café da manhã com muita variedade. Café da tarde é um diferencial oferecido. Atendimento muito bom dos funcionários (recepção e demais). Ficamos duas diárias. Durante um dia inteiro as jacuzis ficaram vazias devido um evento (festa de formatura talvez). Como fomos principalmente por causa das jacuzis (pq gostamos de passar mais tempo nelas) achei que o hotel poderia ter avisado antes. Sugestão: colocar uma proteção contra o sol nas jacuzis, tem estrutura de madeira sobre elas, mas nada em cima

O hotel é muito agradável, tem vários espacos, piscinas e ambientes. O quarto com hidromassagem, para que ela funcione, tem que solicitar na recepção que liguem. No banheiro, sugiro uma luz na area do espelho para melhorar a visão. Seria bom tambem um espelho no quarto. A cama é perfeita, confortável, e o quarto com ótimo espaço. O restaurante tem pratos maravilhosos e com preços muito justo. Gostaria que houvesse opções de entretenimento a noite no hotel, como musica ao vivo, ou karaoke, ou bingo, fogueira, lual, pois como o hotel é longe do centro, não há muito o que fazer a noite.

Hotel bom, mas o atendimento péssimo.

O hotel é bem localizado e tem uma estrutura boa, porem um quarto não ter um espelho, só havia um espelho no banheiro. O quarto não possuia copos, e quando desco para solicitar o recepcionista a noite me disse que teria que buscar no restaurante, um absurdo, e chegando no restaurante me deram copos de plásticos, mesmo pedindo copos de vidro. Um dia no restaurante pedi café e disseram que a máquina estava quebrada, mesmo tendo uma maquina recepção, mas a preguiera grande. Outro dia no restaurante pedi um prato de camarão e não disseram que não poderia, pois a pessoa responsável saiu e trancou onde guardam os camarões.

Gostei bastante da estadia. Passamos 2 dias, pretendemos voltar. Td muito bom. Uma sugestão que dou seria colocar algum tipo de coberta nas hidromassagens que ficam próximo a beira mar, as vezes o sol está bastante forte.

Hotel ótimo. Atendimento muito bom, destaque ao funcionário Miguel. Estrutura de piscinas excelente. Deixou um pouco a desejar o café da manhã sendo sempre o mesmo, não tendo novidades durante toda a estadia. Achei também que poderiam dar a cortesia do Pet, mas foi avisado com antecedência que seria cobrado por dia de permanência. No hotel como um todo daria nota 9,00.
