It was a large hotel, rooms were comfortable. We voted this hotel during our roadtrip to have the best water pressure. Nice hot shower. HIghly recommend: Take the 18min walk to Casa Bolta Rece restaurant for the BEST TRADITIONAL ROMANIAN Food EVER!!

Excellent location, poor breakfast

Clean rooms, friendly staff, AC a little bit too loud. Breakfast needs a lot improvement!!!! There was no choice for something sweet such as a croissant, or a pastry, or a cookie. The bread was the leftover from the day before and already toasted. The coffee was not tasty at all. The placement for sugar and milk for the coffee was on another area than the coffee table. The tomatoes were stale and bitter. And the sunny side up eggs were cold and overcooked.

Very rundown, it looks like they don’t fix anything that breaks, especially the bathroom is in a very sorry condition. Such a pity, it’s a great hotel otherwise, excellent location.

My daughter's birthday trip was ruined. We booked this hotel based on it's declared facilities- the pool and the gym. The hotel didn't let the teenagers , who were traveling with their grandmother, use the facilities, claiming that "the parents are mandatory". The presence of the grandmother and the elder sister (an adult) did not persuade them. Needless to say- it is not stated anywhere that the pool can be used by adults only. I would not therefore recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with children or anyone seeking a pleasant hotel experience.

Very old. No amenities in the room (no coffee/tea maker, just a small fridge). Access to the pool is pretty much forbidden. Only one mechanical key for my husband and I, although we had different schedules. Housekeeping insisted on waking us up ever day, regardless of the jet lag we were experiencing. Other than that, location was great

Vældigt godt hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhed

Et vældigt godt hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhed og en pragtfuld udsigt ud over byen. Hotellet har en del år på bagen, men er helt fint vedligeholdt, men lidt slidt i kanterne er det. Morgenmaden var helt ok, dog med den sædvanlig kedelige kaffe fra en kaffeautomat. Som alle andre hoteller tilbyder dette hotel også fri internetforbindelse. Men det fungerede bare ikke. Så efter flere forsøg på at logge på, gik jeg ned i receptionen for at få hjælp. Det fik jeg ikke - men den ellers flinke dame i receptionen kunne oplyse mig, at fordi hoteller er fyldt så kan alle gæster ikke logge på internettet her på hotellet. Det er ikke godt, når man nu regner med at kunne logge nettet ved ankomst til sit hotelværelse. På mit telefonabonnement vil det være meget dyrt at bruge data i Rumænien, så det var lidt af en skuffelse ikke at kunne bruge deres netværk. Næste dag var problemet det samme - desværre. Helt klart et stort minus til dette hotel.

Bien. La ubicacion del Hotel excelente al lado del Palacio y del centro comercial. 2 minutos andando. Se puede reformar un poco, hacer un upgrade y transformar en un hotel de 4 estrellas como minimo

L'Hôtel est très propre, le personnel est professionnel souriant, accueillant et à l'écoute. J'ai adoré le SPA inclut au prix de la chambre, avec sa grande piscine, sauna, hammam et salle de gym. La chambre est spacieuse avec baignoire douche, changement des serviettes tous les jours. Je reviendrai certainement dans ce même Hôtel, que je recommande à toutes et tous.
