An acceptable hotel

Room is a bit noisy. We smell curry through the bathroom vents. Staff is really friendly and helpful though. Breakfast is decent. We love the sambar and chutney. Good location. Walking distance to market and playground. Okay for family.

Great hospitality!

Being from USA and 1st time in Hyderabad (only 2nd time in India), the accommodations provided by this hotel were better than expected for my 4 night stay. Receptionists, room service, housekeeping, and others were all very helpful and easily approachable. If you have any issues, you just have to let them know and they will take care of you. This place is busy. Rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. Remember to flip the switch for hot water. You will find everything you need within walking distance. Great place for foreigners and I will book here again during my future visits.

Our "premium" room was unclean, huge stains on the double chair, rock hard cement had been put down the toilet (see photos), the towel which was for stepping onto after showering was so dirty it was almost solid, we continuously had to request towels, toilet paper etc. because the cleaners hadn't replaced them and what can I say about the restaurant?! The young waiters were completely unsupervised and kept making the most basic errors. We had paid for breakfasts during our stay but ended up having all our food elsewhere. We are seasoned travellers in India so know not to expect what we get in Scotland but this hotel was basically terrible. Please do yourselves a big favour, stay at a different hotel.
