"I booked because we needed a twin bead and a double bed, to sleep 3 people, online photo was good showing the twin and double. Arriving at the hotel they said they don't actually have rooms like that, this was after I paid online. The room only has two single beds and one of us had to sleep on the floor because of the falsely advertised room.
