"The hotel is in a great location - at the entrance to the harbour where all the yachts moor for the night and just a few minutes walk to the town centre and restaurants. The hotel is a delightful heritage building with a small garden in front and terrace with a beautiful view. The facilities in the room were good. We loved the Occitane products in the bathroom! The staff were lovely and gave some great recommendations for beaches and restaurants."

"Carlos picked us up from the ferry in Hvar and drove us to the apartment. He carried our luggage to our 2nd floor apartment which was big, clean, cool with two balconies. We were given great recommendations and Carlos was so friendly and genuinely nice. We walked every morning and back each evening from the main promenade. Maybe 15 minutes but well worth it. The landlord was exceptionally knowledgeable. Our ferry was cancel because of wind. She drove us across the island to the port where the car ferry was running. "

The wonderful staff met us at the ferry and took us and our luggage up the few stairs along the beautiful stone walled alleys to the hotel. This is no corporate business hotel.
