"Elevators out. If you’re on the street side wear ear plugs. Too much road and reveler noise. Staff seems overwhelmed at times and a little short with guests. Location is good. Park in Whitaker underground parking garage. "

"Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. On site parking was full and the overflow parking garage wasn’t too far away. However, on our day of checkout, we were charged parking by both the hotel and the parking garage, so our parking wasn’t validated by the hotel as promised. "

"Enjoyed staying at this hotel. The ferry takes you across to the other side where a lot of the activity is going on. It runs every 15 minutes and takes about 5 to get across. You also have 2 restaurants to eat at if you decide to stay around the hotel. The pool is also lovely and has a guy playing music/singing. I would stay again. "
