"Friendly and professional staff. Dropped a bag in the parking lot and received an immediate call for retrieval. Clean and comfortable room (only a little stuffy at times. In addition, the bathroom shows an air vent on top but does not offer a way to put it on. Unless I didn’t know where to find that button as I only saw a light switch) Toured and appreciated the building to see the amenities, however was not able to use them this time around. Overall, a great experience! Thank you! 🙏"

"At first glance the hotel looked cleaned and maintained once the check-in process was completed the strong smell of cigarette and marijuana clouded the hallways. The smell of smoke was insufferable in the room. We had to request new bedding as the comforter had cigarette burns and the sheet was torn. The staff bought us another that had the same issues. The pillow cases looked dirty and dingy and the pillows flat. We were awoken at 6 am by someone having a conversation right outside our room door and was screaming at the top of his lungs this went on for hours and no staff came to intervene. When we were leaving for check out the man was charging his phone right outside our room door; not sure why since our room had multiple places to charge your phone. 0/10 experience."
