"We honestly had the best stay and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway. Jenny was so welcoming from even before the moment we arrived and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. She was incredibly helpful with everything, always quick to respond, and more than happy to assist with any questions or requests we had, which made the stay completely stress free.The place itself was absolutely amazing spotless, beautifully set up, and had everything we could possibly need. You can really tell a lot of care has gone into the property. We loved every part of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. We can’t wait to come back!"

"The property had spiders in the bed and cockroaches in the living room and kitchen. For two out of the three days of our stay, the AC in one bedroom was not working. It was fixed on the third day after several calls, but the housekeeping manager did not apologize and mentioned that, being in the countryside, there aren’t many handymen available. Additionally, we were unable to use the hotel facilities since this is a privately owned villa, so the kids couldn’t access the swimming pool or kids club. I would not recommend booking a private villa; it’s better to stay at the hotel."

"What a perfect stay for a young family (kids 4 and 7). We enjoyed the early check in that was available (at 11:30am even though website said generally the rooms were available from 3pm), but we got lucky that a room was vacant). The pool was the perfect temperature, the water park was so much fun for the kids, the cocktails were delicious, and oh my god that buffet for breakfast was incredible!! Thanks for a memorable stay! We are definitely coming back when we return to the Hunter! Very good value for money! "
