I understand that there are other issues going on but I should not have to stand around like an ass and be made to feel worse because of staffing issues. the hotel protects its assets and issues, collects a deposit at the desk without fail but the hotel does not consider the guest. I am after all, the pain in the fanny they grow off."

"This is a highway motel. Old school and not a resort. Start there. Add good people on staff. An excellent “continental” breakfast in a very clean dining area. Good bed, overall god maintenance. A LOT of places could learn from these folks!"
