"Staff was ok. They do not run a shuttle all day. Room was gross. Walls were falling apart under window, shower had used bandages stuck to ceiling. Room only had 3 towels because of a shortage? Food delivery was left sitting out in lobby. Fire alarms were going off all day into the evening. They did not have a restaurant onsite like stated on the website. We arrived on Thursday and were scheduled to check out on Monday, we left on Friday. "

"We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working. That was the main reason we booked our stay. Beds were not comfortable either. Shower water pressure was good and front desk staff was friendly. The hotel overall needs a little TLC. "

"The hotel is "new" so looks really nice. The rooms all come with a king bed and 1 or 2 pull out beds. The pull out beds are horrible. The main bed was definitely one of the most uncomfortable ones I've slept in and we travel a lot. We were there 4 nights and room service never came once. I had to call and ask for everything to be replaced which sometimes came right away and sometimes took hours. The hot tub was out the entire stay. The remotes didn't work. The breakfast was only good the day we left because they actually had everything because no one was there. The air conditioning worked great but was EXTREMELY loud. It was a great price compared to others around with the room we needed, free breakfast which was for a limited time I think, and it had a full size fridge and dishwasher if needed so that was nice."
