Very lovely hotel in central Hue

Very lovely hotel in a central location. A short walk to the river and surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants . The hotel has lovely wooden floors and spacious rooms. The staff were welcoming and very helpful.

Superb hotel

Fantastic hotel in convenient location for exploring the old city. Very comfortable and clean room, with a superb selection available for breakfast. Every member of staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The manager and other staff knew and greeted everyone by name each morning, making us feel very welcome. Couldn’t have found a better hotel!

Good stay at Moonlight hotel

We had a great stay at this hotel. The pool was not available but we’ve been gifted 2 free drinks as compensation. The breakfast was the best we had until now in Vietnam. The reception was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Overall nice hotel, walkable distance from the night market. I picked the river view side room. It is awesome to watch sunrise and sunset over the river on your balcony. My only complaint is that their tap water is malfunction in my first room, only hot water?! But friendly immediately apologied and changed another room for me.

Excellent reception staff and welcome. Unfortunately a major water problem in the bathroom made it unuseable until fixed - this should have been picked up prior to us booking in. Pool area shabby and water cloudy. No Skybar open. Breakfast just average for 4 star and price.

Property is dated, bathtub is very high and hard to get in and out. The worst part is the staff and pricing, they want to charge extra for additional person staying in the room even though we booked the room with capacity for four. They originally asked for 700,000VND per pax per night and then changed to 600,000VND. And then the next day when we had a visitor they asked for 200,000VND if she was staying overnight. They afraid our guest would spend the night and took her ID and even came to our room at 10pm and escort our guest out (though she was heading out). That’s not a way to treat guests. Overall, hotel is old, saw spider in the bathroom, staff is rude, pricing is inconsistent, a total scam. I would never stay here again. Be aware!

Goed gelegen in het uitgangskwartier van Hue. Vriendelijk personeel Goed ontbijt maar wel steeds hetzelfde en als er een horde Chinezen ontbijten valt het wel tegen. Kamer ruim en net. Badkamer ruim maar had problemen met het koude water. s'Avonds na 11 uur was er nooit iemand aanwezig in de receptie, veiligheid ??? Aan te bevelen.

Chambre convenable mais j'ai eu du mal a gérer la temperature de la douche. De plus nous etions juste en dessous de la salle du petit déjeuner donc pas de grasse matinée. Personnel très gentil, petit dej au top ! L'hôtel est situé dans une rue très animée ce qui est parfait pour les restaurants et bars. Mais également beaucoup de bruit (bar / boite de nuit) la nuit

호텔은 깨끗한 편인데, 뜨거운 물이 안나오고 미지근해요. 그리고 호텔 밖의 술집에서 밤새도록 음악을 너무 크게 틀어 놓아서 잠을 잘 수 없었어요. 저녁 7시부터 새벽 3시까지 울리는데 방이 울릴 정도였어요. 피곤한 몸을 쉬고 싶으시면 다른 곳을 찾는 것이 좋을 듯 하네요.

36歳 女性 1人旅行で1泊しました。 快適な宿泊となり、感謝しております。 ●アクセス 私は鉄道のフエ駅からタクシーで向かいました。確か3分ほどだったかと思います。 観光スポットの王宮はじめ寺院4つは大変遠いので、タクシーをチャーターして回るのがよいかと思います。 市場は徒歩10分程度ですので、歩いて散策しに行きました。 ●朝食 バラエティ豊かなバイキングです。 ベトナム料理が少しと、サラダ、洋食、パン、スイーツなど。 ●スタッフさんの対応 とても親切でにこやかでした。 ウエルカムドリンクのジュースが美味しくて、疲れが癒されました…… ●治安 周りにお店やホテルが多く、賑やかなので夜に周辺を歩いてもさほど怖くありませんでした。 ●備品、アメニティ類 必要なものはほぼ揃っているので、荷物が少なくて済みます。助かりました。 ドライヤー／バスローブ／スリッパ／バスタオル&フェイスタオル／歯ブラシと歯磨き粉／綿棒／コーム／シャワーキャップ／冷蔵庫 ●施設 屋上のバーで1杯だけ飲みました。 道路を挟んで向かいの若者向け？パブの音楽がやや騒々しいのだけ少し残念でした（ホテルの責任ではありませんが）。 部屋までその音が聞こえてくることはありません。 ジムやプール、マッサージは利用せずでした。 ●建物 新しくはないですが、手入れが行き届いておりとても清潔でした。
