"The room across the hall had pets that barked into the night and early in the morning. Front desk was unable to correct due to hotel being at capacity. We had traveled from PA to visit Liberty Univ., and the dogs made rest/sleep difficult."

"Overall a pretty nice cabin. We were there for a few days of fishing with 2 trailered bass boats. There was ample parking at the overflow lot but no place to charge batteries for the trolling motor or electronics on the boat. Batteries died about half way into our second day of fishing so we had to completely remove batteries and charger from the boat and take them to the cabin to charge. Would be nice if there was a charging station at the overflow lot."

"I could not ask for anything more. I hesitate to leave a good review because I don’t want to have it sold out next time I’m in town, or the prices raised. But I have to be honest, it is the best out of several in town that I have tried. It’s always very clean, and perfect in every way I need when visiting my student. The breakfast is exactly what I like and the tv doesn’t require me to find one of the college kids to come figure out for me. There is actual water pressure and the thermostat really works like it should. The price is always competitive with the other hotels but the value is much better. If I have to have a criticism I’d say the walls are a little thin so you hear everything in the hallway and the neighbors bathroom but everything else makes up for it. This has been my go to the last 3 times in town."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was beautiful, and so was the lake. Our dogs really enjoyed their walks throughout the community as well. We had a couple of logistics issues with getting our boat to the dock, due to the lake being down by about 4.5 feet (no fault of the owner, of course!), and she responded immediately and worked to find us an alternative in record time. We would definitely love to stay here again."
