Hotel simples mas com um conforto, uma vista maravilhosa para as montanhas. O único problema foi o banheiro demorava muito para esquentar a água e quando esquentava ela esfriava do nada e saia um cheiro muito forte do banheiro q encontrava muito, tinhamos q deixar a porta fechada para evitar o cheiro no quarto todo.

En general bien. Buena atencion, bien ubicado, limpio y comodo. Ideal seria que tengan una tetera electrica y algunos utensilios basicos.

Um hotel confortável. Recomendável!

A acomodação é agradável, a cama confortável. No quarto que estava, tinha uma tv muito grande. Quarto espaçoso. Dos pontos negativos, somente um cheiro/odor vindo do ralo do banheiro, e o chuveiro demora um tempo para sair água quente (porém quando sai, é muito agradável, e tem bastante pressão). Em geral, é um ótimo local para passar uns dias. A internet é veloz e pega bem em todos os andares. Tem elevador. Fiz reserva de última hora aqui, e pude entrar logo em seguida. Indico essa acomodação.

Estancia tranquila con pocas comodidades

El personal es muy amable, en general ok. las habitacion que me asignaron es regular, la construccion es algo antigua y no tuve problemas. Para bañarme tuve que dejar correr agua algun tiempo porque demora en salir el agua caliente.

Bare bones hotel, quite cheap but offering only minimal services. No breakfast, no coffee or tea in the room or at the lobby, shower takes several minutes to get only lukewarm. Good location, only a few blocks from the plaza de armas, The main advantage is the low cost.

Booked two rooms. One didn't have any curtains and so was very light. Both rooms had a damp smell. This is a basic hotel - reasonable value for money if you really have to go to Heuraz!

Simples e barato!

Hotel próximo a plaza de armas, tem opcoes pra comer perto do hotel. Quarto com cama e banheiros ok. Agua quente, porem no ultimo dia de manha nao esquentou. Tem tv no quarto, mas nao tem frigobar o que facilitaria ja que nao tem cafe da manha incluso. O hotel nao oferece cafe da manha porem, Ao lado esta o el tumi 1 que tem cafe da manha (pago a parte) e restaurante que atende tbm no jantar. O check in super cedo facilitou a chegada ao hotel pra ja fazer os passeios. Simples e barato. Pra quem procura un bom custo beneficio é uma excelente opção

Se hizo lo que se pudo

En realidad mi viaje, esta ves a Huaraz si estuvo bien pero no gracias a los Sres. De Hoteles.com que en nose como o quien lleva la información de los que hacemos reservas por ese medio, mi reserva fue echa desde el dia 2 al 6 con correo de confirmación incluido (4noches) pero la información y sorpresa mia que llego al hotel echa por hoteles.com fue del 1 al 5 (información que segun el hotel la pasa la pag. Web) en conclusión pesimo servicio por parte de la web hoteles.com felizmente los del hotel entendieron y no me cobraron la "noche que no asisti" (la del 1 al 2) pero ya no podia quedarme asta el 6 por que el hotel ya tenia reservas echas asi que tuve que buscar entre varios hoteles para pasar solo esa noche para mi mala suerte habia un seminario esos dias asi que no era facil una barato encontrar una habitación, en conclusión, mal por parte de hoteles.com y bueno las Srtas del hotel El Tumi 2 me apoyaron en lo que se podia

No hubo coordinación en la app y el hotel.

Todo el tiempo de mi estadía fue espectacular, solo tuve un inconveniente al ingresar al hotel, pagué desde la app y se suponía que llegaba y pasaba automaticamente pero tuve problemas ya que la señorita no estuvo al tanto de la resrvacion y cancelacion, por lo tanto nos tuvimos que quedar momentaneamente en una habitacion simple siendo 3 personas, y eso resultó totalmente incómodo.
