"Host double booked the property. We arrived at the VRBO to find it occupied. The current occupant and myself both contacted the host who told me "Oops, I messed up and didn't update the system when it was rented on another platform." Host asked me to cancel the reservation and when I stated I couldn't, she told me that she would alter the reservation so she could cancel it.
