"I was surprised there is a pool. I didn't have time to use it or the gym but it looked great. Our room was clean and the welcome snacks brought me joy. I have been in other more popular hotels with less friendliness and no snacks. I was quite pleased. I was pleased with the offering of breakfast. I would like to give kudos to the person who was managing breakfast on Sunday morning because he handles the homeless person very well. He could have been rude and nasty but he wasn't. Had the person cleaned up behind themselves or been a little thoughtful, I don't think the gentleman worker would have even said anything to him. Compassion and not because people were watching."

"Just ok… dirty pool. Rooms ok. I’d stay again but I also wouldn’t highly recommend. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. "

"Probably good for meetings but not great for a night or two staycation. Best feature - the staff, friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious rooms. Only one comfortable chair in the room so second person had to use the desk chair - comfortable but not the same. Hard to find pool - no signage in main lobby. No locker room next to pool. Hot tub was out of commission. "

"Beautiful facility. I celebrated my birthday in the Jefferson Ballroom with family and friends. I was satisfied with my hotel room; however, there was a fire drill at 3AM and we had to evacuate. We had to walk down the stairs from the 10th floor to find out it was a false alarm. We had a hard time falling back asleep and then it was time to fall asleep. We did not really get to enjoy our overnight stay. It was a waste of $$$. However, the Radissson Southfield is a nice Hotel."
