Disappointing

Previous occupants shower accessories left in shower...sofas dipped, bed had a big dip in it...thankfully one of our party didn't come or they would have been on a sofa bed. Breakfast didn't turn up, holding deposit had to be chased.

Overpriced.

Definitely not worth £90! Aged room, uncomfortable noisy bed, constant noise of people moving around, front door opening and slamming shut. Extras are available to improve the stay but just cereals in Tupperware, breakfast bits and juice in a warm fridge.

Easily would stay again!

Fantastic value for money, perfect for 3 friends coming for a night out on Brighton. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly, love the idea of the breakfast already in the room which is perfect when you want a lie in.
