All the staff were helpful, professional, courteous. The grounds are gorgeous and the rooms are good size. They had a lot of events at the hotel during our stay so parking was a bit chaotic when we arrived. We stayed only one night for girls “spa day” and Trellis spa was fantastic. It was definitely a splurge to go there but I never felt so pampered!

Beautiful grounds and incredibly peaceful although being super convenient to everything Houston has to offer. Onsite restaurant is outstanding, as is the spa. Best facial I’ve ever had from Christina! All staff were excellent! We will be back.
