There were just one lady who was handling whole hotel and she don’t want to even answer any queries properly. No one to even give any proper response.

Water in bathroom don’t drain AC not possible to maintain it was hot. And most of all they overcharged me, first it say 96 for day then they give me papers for 104, but wen I checked my bank account they charged me 124$ . Stilling is bad. never again we stay in this place

The room is so dirty and smelly with trash and animal poop around kitchen area , we were there 4 day , no housekeeping, no clean towels and no toilets paper DO NOT stay here if u dont want to get sick . We took some pictures and send it to front desk email and have so respond from the hotel . This hotel should be on TV

Breakfast wasn’t as we expected. They would run out of coffee, eggs, or sausage and would take along time to fill up again. Once they run out of oatmeal, they don’t fill it up anymore with new oatmeal. If you’re in a hurry to eat and leave, you’ll be limited on food selection since they would take forever to fill up, including bread. Also, our room was great, except that we didn’t have any conditioner and our shower would clog up every time we’d shower. It would take a couple of hours for the water to drain properly...

Minor Suggestions

Need at least a couple of staff in the front desk. I had to wait a while to check out and did not see anyone. I ended up gave my room keys to the kitchen lady to check out on for me. The pool need to be clean up. You have fairly good hotel and location, so just need some minor changes.

Disappointed

I spoke to the manager and yet I haven't received a call. I booked here because I love these hotels they have everything. However my last experience was disappointing. I traveled from Austin to Houston to visit family. I couldn't have access to a crib the first night when I called because I had to request it when I payed for my room. Which is understable if the staff is not available to get one because I called at 9 But there should always be accessibility to one and that was inconvenient. The back splash was dirty, the cups were dirty. The bed sheets were dirty the bathroom floor was dirty I had to put a towel to shower my son. I used the gym there was no towels no papers to sanitize the equipment and the treadmill was dirty. I wish I should if taken more pictures but the onoy one i took pictures of was the bed sheet ,my visit here was disappointing to say the least. On another note the breakfast was good.

For a great price, we stayed in a great room. The beds were great, room design great, breakfast great, access to restaurants and shopping great. Very quiet and peaceful throughout the day and night.
