Under renovation

The first floor was under renovation.Bailey at front desk was friendly. Room very nice but people outside were rowdy.Reported to front desk but took a while to settle down.Housekeeping ladies wonderful.Would rate higher but I did loose sleep because of noise. Maybe more security needed.

The lady at the front desk was no help the key cards wouldn't work and she acted like it was no big deal to for us to have to have someone let us in all the time. And no one informed me of all the damage to hotel from strom

ハリケーンの被害後約1ヶ月で、1階部分は改装中でしたが、快適に過ごせました。 メトロ（バス＆電車）の停留所も近く、隣にはKrogerがあり、生活にも便利です。 スタッフも、基本的に親切でした。

I am in Houston Texas and because of the flood I was not able to stay the two nights at the Residence Inn.I could not get there through all the water

Wonderful for Hospital visits.

We only stayed part of a night due to Hurricane Harvey coming. We arrived early day of our testing and they allowed us to check in early. When we knew we would be leaving early Friday before storms, check out was leaving our keys on desk in room. We plan on going back here from now on. Ease and convenience to all hospitals. Beautiful suite and perfect if you have long term stay. But no elevator so ask for ground floor if needed.

Hotel near Medical Center

Does not deserve to be a Marriott, its more of a duplex than a hotel. It had wooden stairs, two story, run out of breakfast very early. The staff was sleeping around 10:00 PM when I told him I was checking out early due to transfer to another hospital. He told me no problem, would not be charged for unused days. They charged me anyway, but did not know until I saw my credit card bill. Refused to give me a total bill, said Expedia would email me, never again.

Could've been better.

Normally I stay on the Moody Manor side because of price. Somehow the price was cheaper for Residence Inn by The Marriott, so I booked it and was super excited to see the difference between the two. I had lunch plans with a few friends in the area, I asked to check in early, they told me there wasn't any rooms, which is fine! My lunch ended up being a little later than expected so I called to see if my room was ready. The lady on the phone was outright rude. So I apologized because maybe it was me, my voice comes off harsh sometimes. When I arrived she was still rude, my party has walked in with me because they wanted to see my room. The lady asked me rudely if my lunch party was staying with me, I informed her they weren't, we were just meeting for drinks. She told me I had to sign a paper for there could only be so many people in a room. I understood this, reasons why I booked a single bed and not a double. The room was okay, but the bed hurt my back so much I couldn't move the next morning. I called and asked to transfer rooms and the clerk Cloe made this whole experience so much better! The new room smelt like smoke, I called and explained and he made a note saying not to charge me. Honestly if it wasn't for Cloe, I wouldn't have stayed another night. Thank you for making my experience a good one!

Comfortable hotel close to medical center.

Very comfortable hotel. Stayed here while husband was having surgery at MDAnderson. Staff was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

I would definitely stay here again!

My stay was really good. Loved the apartment feel of the place! Only "complaint" I would have would be about how small the width of the stairs are. But overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

Just perfect

The room was very spacious and clean. Had all amenities as promised. Very nice staff who greeted us- except for the lady who has hurt her ankle- she was never friendly with anyone or bothered to smile even if smiled at. (luckily she didn't attend to us). This was a convenient location for all sites we visited. They even have security at night watching the parking entrance. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Smoky Hotel

The front desk staff was pleasant on my arrival. I was given a room on the first floor that clearly had been occupied by smokers. They did not have any other rooms available. The overall cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. I would not use this facility again - and it is surprising given that it is a Marriott property.

Convenient, clean, great for long stays

Nice hotel, love having a full kitchen. Very convenient to NRG Stadium. Plenty of security since this isn't the nicest area of Houston.

Run down and in need of a makeover.

My first room that I was assigned had no hot water in the shower. I advised the front desk before I left for work. I also left my phone number for the manager to call me. I returned 15 hours later and there still was no hot water. They gave me a second room which had not water but inadequate air conditioning.
