Quiet and clean, with the nicest staff at the front desk. The room had good space, with a desk, a comfy couch and a full kitchen, including a dishwasher. We arrived very early and were allowed to check in with a small fee, I really appreciated having that option. It’s in Chinatown and there is good food within walking distance. Would stay here again!

Everything was clean very nice rooms. Everybody left you alone. Property felt safe and secure due to the gate but communication with staff was hard. There is no 24 hour front desk. Therefore, if you have an issue with the room after hours, it can become an issue, but overall for the price if you are not needy, it is a good place to stay.

The front desk for 5 minutes was not available, but did get us checked in smoothly. The room was spacious and clean with small kitchen area. It included a Roku TV. The bathroom has sink outside of the toilet and shower area (no bathtub) The cleanliness in the shower area concerned me due the rust in the shower. The hotel is very quiet.

Damien Zackery , My experience has always been nothing less than …🔥⬇️🗒️🦾😍 Always clean staff is quite good and affective when arriving late they will text and leave details on what you need to do to find your keys and making sure your given all access info needed . The two young lady’s at the front desk are always helpful. Last minute extensions they will locked you in as long as they aren’t booked for the day and even granted if they are as long as you call between 7-9 am they will keep you in the same room while you go back to sleep stress free. . Awesome community of customers that feels like you are home in your complex or neighborhood at peace and safe . My wife and kids love it here . Pool is always available perfect temperature and never more then 5 people which leaves so much space and opportunity. I give Relux 11 out of 10 because they go beyond to accommodate.

The stay was okay; however, the first room provided had significant issues with humidity and cleanliness. They moved us to another room that was better in terms of structure and appearance; however, it was not well cleaned. Every time we walked in, a ball of hair came from the rug. However, the service was very good.
