Low rent Get what you pay for

Chexk in was supposed to be at 3, but room wasn't ready for another hour. Got attitude from front desk when I complained. At least it was cheap.

Newly renovated and the room was clean. I did have holes in the bathroom door and no iron. It’s quiet but the staff was rude and not very helpful (wouldn’t give me the WiFi code over the hotel phone). Overall it’s ok.

I don't speak Hindi, get staff that does

It took over 30 minutes to check in, the front desk spoke no English and they refused my Hotels.com reservation information. The hotel itself was very clean and felt safe in a rough part of Houston.
