We needed a one night stay because our plane had landed late and all of the rental companies were closed. The following morning we called the front desk to request late checkout and they said no problem we needed to pay $30. Wasn’t an issue at all we were more than willing to pay. At 11:15 the front desk wasn’t happy because we were still in the room but they hadn’t let us know that we needed to go to the front and pay. It was never mentioned over the phone and we figured that they could charge the card on file. The room was spacious but there was a cigarette burn in one of the comforters. Overall it worked as a place to lay our heads for a few hours, but wouldn’t recommend staying long term.

Room was clean. Had just the basics. No tray in the shower so everything had to be set on the floor. No place to get or make coffee or ice. It was okay if you just wanted a bed for the night.

The property needs to be up graded. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were so cheap. It was like not having a pillow at all. The sink in the bathroom had a crack in it. Toliet was so low that would have been perfect for a child. Do not and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was closed and they sold a room without being open to customers. I need my money back. This is not fair when I have a 70 and 75 year old sister and brother inlaw that could not stay in that hotel. We had to drive an hour to find another hotel. I need my money back inmediately

We're excited to see that we had a jacuzzi in our room! Not so excited when we realized it didn't work. Call the front desk to ask for instructions on how to make it work and was told it was broken.

Theses people are the worst I dealt with in a long time especially during a time in need. After going through hurricane Ida. This place refused to give me a room knowing that they take the fema registration. Then when my registration goes through he tried making me pay for the room. While smiling and laughing at me because I was being so polite. So after I figured out the bad vibe he throws my paper and tell me find somewhere to stay. Like wow so I picked my paper up and left thank god I did. I hear they have bed bugs and insects in there room. The place looks dirty. Also I told them I had someone that’s pregnant and I need a non smoking room. He told you get I give you. At that moment it was time to go. I’ll never book or even look up a hotel with this name and btw this was in Houston Texas the day after hurricane Ida. Sad place very bad experience for black and white people there smh

The rooms open on to the parking lot, not into interior hallways. This presents security and noise issues. Also, I was not expecting a heart-shaped jacuzzi in the room.

These people charged me twice for one night, this was 2 months ago. Expedia has contacted them 3 times but the manager is never there and never returns my calls or Expedia’s. They are thieves making me have to fight to get my money back. There was marijuana all over the table when I walked into my room, the front desk lady is rude and this place has bed bugs from other reviews I’ve read. I was too scared to look but would not recommend anyone stay here.

Somewhat disappointed.

The stay was ok. Even though they were told how many people were coming there were not enough towels in the room and we had to go to the front desk to get more. The breakfast left a lot to be desired so we had to go shopping to get breakfast food for the next day.
