I can’t properly review this hotel Bc I didn’t stay there. Even though I paid for my booking through hotels.com I got the hotel and they don’t even work with hotels.com. When they relocated me it was to the most terrible place that didn’t even have a remote for the tv. Terrible experience. Very unhappy.

I asked for a smoke free 2 queen size room on the first floor. I received a two queen size smoke room on the the second floor. I could smell weed through the vents. I had cigarette wholes on my comforter. Had to kill a roach. I specifically called and ask the receptionist if there was a table and chairs in the kitchenette area and was told yes. When I got there there was only the desk and chair. There really wasn’t anywhere to hang your towels. It had cabinets but no paper towels or pots and pans/dishes. I didn’t like the fact that you roll over and there was the fridge next to the bed.

The air after 2 hours was still at 87% , the television did not work room hot, could not get a refund due to the fact I booked on line

Weekend in houston

There were no bathroom tissue,no coffee pot although the fixings were there. No coat hangers, no caddy to place suitcases.the thermostat only had heat/ cool switch and fan switch couldn’t adjust turn it down and it would go back to the settings reading down to 72degrees it would go back to 78 same for the heat side. The staff was very helpful

The room was not cleaned it had dust in the floor and the bed was not comfortable I woke up itching.
