Good place to take a break.

Good hotel that has a good connection to several restaurants and bars. Next to the mall. Good place to go after arriving to Houston from the airport.

Excellent choice in the Willowbrook area

I have stayed at this property several times when visiting my kids in Houston. It's always been clean and well taken care of and the staff have always been helpful and cheerful.

The check-in process was fast, with excellent customer service. The property is under construction so the hallways reflect that. I did not expect the room to look so tired and dirty. The carpet was dirty so I was afraid to walk on it without having my feet covered. The covers on the bed were wrinkled and thrown together. There is a restaurant that plays loud music near by so be mindful of that if you’re looking for a good night sleep. The breakfast was ok. The quality of the food could have been better. Due to the construction and dirty room. I would not recommend this property at this time. There are better hotels nearby.

Staff was friendly and check in was seamless. The hotel is located in an area that allowed easy travel to and from where we were going during our stay. The room smelled like mildew, the carpet floor in the room was sticky, the shower wasn’t hot, the Blanket on the bed was dirty and had a large melted area, the indoor pool is freezing cold, and the breakfast options were poor quality.

Nice hotel near the mall.

Room is fine. Decor is a bit dated. No main light, but there are multiple lamps. Shower is fine. Got some much needed rest. Really well situated in regards of food and entertainment.

Nice hotel in a good area with a lot of options.

Great location beside the mall and several good restaurants as well as other entertainment. The hotel rooms are a bit dated. There is no overhead light just multiple lamps. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it was open. We did enjoy breakfast this stay. We decided to stay here before flying out if IAH. It is close enough to arrive on time for our flight. Thanks for hosting us.

I had a 2 night stay at this hotel and I was very pleased. Everything from check in, cleanliness, noise level, to check out was great. Believe me I check out these things as soon as I check in. This was my first trip to Houston and Hampton Inn made my stay comfortable. I’d stay here again without hesitation.
