Staff was amazing! Check in was smooth! I don’t understand why renovate a pool in the summer? Like we had 40 volleyball players and no pool. Other that it was great. Oh wait the elevator is scary! Makes funny sounds and just seem like that should be renovated

A little disappointed in our stay. It’s a nice hotel and the staff was friendly. The room was clean but the air conditioning did not work well. The room didn’t get below 77F Had purchased breakfast with th room reservation but the server was a no show and no breakfast was available. Staff apologized but no discount or refund was given.

Youth Bowling Tournament Trip

Didn't get to check on until late due to work but the front desk was understanding and very friendly... the bar was still open which was a plus and the food was good... ice machine didn't work on our floor... about 2 or 3 in the morning there were doors opening and slamming closed for about 30 minutes... not sure what that was... rates were kind of expensive for the age of the hotel and the short time of stay... overall not the worst of stays... I'm not objective too staying again

Mardi Gras Visit

This stay was just okay. The cleanliness was absolutely poor. There was hair in the bath tub, remnants in the toilet and hair in a bed that appeared to be freshly made up. Someone really dropped the ball. When I find unnecessary hair it makes me feel like nothing was really cleaned just a spot clean of the obvious stuff.

When reserving my room added the breakfast option which I had prepaid. But, was charged by the hotel for my breakfast again. When I asked about it when I saw my receipt at checkout I was told I had to wait on the manager to look at it before they could fix it. They would email me the results.

The hotel’s location was very convenient to the customer I was visiting. The staff were all amazing; friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations for food and places to check out. I didn’t have a chance to eat at the hotel, but the bar and restaurant area looked very nice. What I appreciated most, though, was that the pillows were labeled “soft” and “firm.” Every other hotel I’ve stayed at recently only had soft pillows, so having options was a small but much-appreciated touch.

Would have received an excellent for staff and room cleanliness, except for room bathroom. -- Tub had terrible looking stains -- no grab bars near the tub for older folks -- bottom of tub slippery and slightly slanted to the front -- shower head so high a 5'5" wife could not reach it to adjust (Also room layout a little funky - can not see the TV from the couch or sitting area.
