The very best of the best

I have stayed in lots of amazing hotels over the years mainly through business but this tops it. Gorgeous room, amazing service, restaurant in hotel has incredible food, in room massage and location means you can pretty much walk most places. I loved it. If you get the chance then book it.

I will stay here for 6 nights. The hotel is located in Admiralty, very central location. Pros: Friendly staff Great location Shower pressure Toilet flush Drinks and snacks included in room This hotel has turned down service This hotel will deliver treats to the room, like warm milk, chocolate and cookies Cons: Sofa and bed are really low, only 14 to 15 inches in height. Not suitable for people over 5'5". No shower door, water will split Not enough lighting in the room Chair too low for the desk No zoom cosmetic mirror No scale to weight our luggage I tripped over twice @ the bathroom steps, not a good design.

Despite the small lobby, the room met our expectations with its spaciousness and coziness. The service was truly exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff. Unfortunately, my fiancée experienced minor food poisoning during our stay. The staff acted professionally by assisting with calling the ambulance and went above and beyond, providing water and cookies for our ER visit. The attention to detail throughout our stay was impressive, contributing to an overall splendid experience. A special shout-out goes to Eddie, the experience manager, whose efforts significantly enhanced our stay and made it thoroughly enjoyable. We appreciate the dedication and care demonstrated by the entire staff and will definitely return when we visit Hong Kong again.
