The tub was perfect I was very happy with it and the main reason I booked this hotel. I was a little disappointed with the floor I was on, 8. I had mentioned this when I checked in but didn’t push it further. Maybe if you’re keen on a better view you could contact the hotel first or put in a request beforehand for a higher level. Other than that the staff was amazing, quite friendly and the room was always tidied up when I left for the afternoon. They also had laundry service but if you want to use that service you need to call it in before 10 am. There is also a washer/dryer in the room. I didn’t realize that until the night before I left. But great overall for the price and area.

Great place to stay for young families

Staff were incredibly friendly from start to finish and were always there to offer a helping hand when we were struggling with bags/pushchairs. We felt very welcome for our entire stay and would definitely come back here again.

The hotel was recently renovated, very clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. I stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which was spacious, over 1200 square feet in a top full floor, and has good views of the harbor, and city. The price was excellent for the value provided. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would rate my experience five stars.

Clean modern flat in convenient location only 12 mins walk to Central and 15-20mns walk to Star Ferry. Good selection of restaurants around, nexdoor supermarket. Allergy free premises, AC and ventilation working well, excellent service with friendly staff always ready to help.

Quiet and comfortable. Some of the items in the room seemed a bit dated or older (scuffs here and there or doors that closed a bit crooked on cabinets, this might just be more of a common thing in Asia versus the US) but the hotel was clean and safe. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time so I was fine to wait. But they told me it will be ready in 30 minutes and that I can wait at their lounge next door. They said they will come get me when the room is ready. I waited for 1.5 hours without ANY update from them. I had to carry my luggage and go back to the reception to ask what's happening and found out they were still not ready. It was way past the check-in time. They should've at least given me an update after 30 min if they are not going to be ready so I don't have to just sit there and wait wondering when it's going to be ready. Floor and the coffee table was so dusty. I had 1 y.o baby with me so I had to clean the floor myself. I used the washing machine and found many brown stains on my clothes which I could not remove. It clearly needs a maintenance. WIFI wasn't working - I checked and saw the LAN cable was broken. I told the reception about the washing machine and the WIFI next morning but they never got back to me about it so I don't know what they did. I stayed in W Hong Kong before I moved to this hotel because I needed a kitchen and washing machine. Compared to 5 star to this 4 star seemed like a significant gap. If I knew what to expect, I don't mind staying here again since it's quite convenient but you really need to keep your expectation low.
