Room design overall good, but not good for detail

The room is modern design , however the toilet has bad smell come from outside. The renovation is not consistent and lack with socket for charging use. The shower area is completely separated with the toilet and no area to hang the towel inside.

Its location is good since it is very close to transportation and a shopping mall. But it is close to traffic and kind of noisy at night. The room is quite small. Which shouldn't be a big surprise in HK, but it is still smaller than what I expected. Building is showing its age and could use better upkeeping. One thing we really appreciate is the on-site self serve laundry, which is a huge bonus.

The hotel dining facility is available till 9-30pm and eateries nearby also closes 9-30pm. Any meal requests afterwards can only be catered by online food delivery. 5 minutes walk from the nearest MTR station and bus stop, 2 minutes walk from nearest convenience store.

Modernes Hotel im Industrie-Style auf der Südseite von Hongkong Island. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist hochwertig und stylish. Sehr schnelle Anbindung über die MTR. Ich bekam ein Upgrade für ein größeres Zimmer mit abgetrennten Wohnbereich - das war super und würde dies beim nächsten Mal genauso wiedernehmen. Insgesamt eine super Alternative zu den Hotels in Centeal etc.

I have one of the worst experience while I booked a loft room that had a connecting door and during evening I already heard a party going on next door with loud voice in not local language. I thought it will dead down so waited till almost 12am before heading to bed and the noise only got louder. Then I walked across the room to notice that a big group of 6-7 in one room with one person bring back ice and liquor into the room. So I requested for room change which at first I thought wow such good service and accommodating and the guest service brought the room key to me for 1208 so I packed everything and proceed to the room myself. Then I knock the door thought there was no one and then walked into two people having sex how embarrassing. So I had to go back back to the lobby to let them know that they gave me a room with someone in it. So I waited almost 20-25 minutes from 1215 to almost 1230am to figure this out. I can't believe how bad this experience was for me and the service was really themselves talking to themselves and not really apologise much to me a guest waiting at their lobby. You probably know I wouldn't recommend this location again to anyone if they don't monitor how much guest can be in one room and make so many mistakes. More training is definitely needed. The name of the people that help me was Junnie and Jonathan I believe.
