"The property makes you leave a cash deposit, they won't just hold it on your credit card. I asked for ice for my room, they said they don't have it. I asked for a fan for my room, they said they didn't have it. I asked for a king-size bed, they gave me two twins. When I pushed the two twins together, I found dirty cigarette butts and trash. Mini-fridge barely works. Not near any stores, restaurants or shopping. Paid for breakfast with the booking, had to fight with them because they said...

"Great location and view. balcony chairs have big holes covered with a pillow each, shower drain did not work properly and tv control remote had dead batteries, pillow cases smelled like sweat. beautiful place but need better maintenance. i mentioned our anniversary and wife's birthday and no decoration., other hotels did through our holiday trip. also had to pay to visit the pool, shouldn't be that way for guests "

"Extremely cleaned, amazing breakfast with very friendly both kitchen and office staffs. Great location to the beaches and restaurants. Great view of city and ocean from 18th floor. Prices are very reasonable. No problem to return and recommend for others. "

"I recommend this complex, very good. The price is very flexible and the view of the beach was incredible. We were on the 25th floor and had a perfect view. Also very walkable about 3 minute walk to beach and the area around the hotel has lots of food options (Russian, Italian, American food etc) and stores. 10/10!"
