"We spent 5 beautiful days at the chalet. There were 6 of us (all adults, all family) and everything was perfect. Beatrice was a wonderful host who made us feel welcome. She was super helpful and always responsive to our questions and accommodating to our needs. The house left absolutely nothing to be desired. "Was fairly easy to find, conveniently located if you are going to the Christmas Market int he Ravine. Although the email said we had to collect the key from the safe due to late check in, there was someone at the reception who not only checked us in but walked us to the room & showed us around. Room itself was clean, cosy & warm. added bonus was there is ZERO light pollution so the night ky was amazing!"
