"Clean room, relaxing spa"

"Wonderful location and dining experience. The odd niggle including issue with elderly mothers room, requested walk in shower but on arrival given a room with bath. It was quickly sorted however. The room was fine for one night but the sash window was faulty and wouldn’t stay open. Overall highly recommended "

"The fire alarm came on twice up until 12am. Very loud and unpleasant. Both times it was a false alarm but we had to go to the lobby to find out. "

"I accidentally booked the wrong date as a non-refundable booking. The hotel kindly amended the booking to accommodate our children as we had no childcare this weekend. The kids had a great time! Breakfast was continental but had some hot sandwich options. Good supply of alternative milks! Staff very friendly and helpful."

"We didn't use the Spa which I am sure is lovely, its an additional cost and we didn't have time. The lobby is also ok, its the rooms! The bed was comfy but the bath, shower attachment and shower curtain were from the 1970's as was the furniture in the room - minimal toiletries - 2 mini shampoo bottles! A spa hotel is the implication, but it certainly not that !"

"I could not turn the radiator off in my room and it was constantly on and it was very hot. The people staying in the room next to me left their TV on all night. I asked them to turn it down and they did the next night but then they just sat there chatting till one 2 o’clock in "
