A wonderful hotel with a great room, but honestly, the bed stole the show! It's such a treat to find a place where the mattress is actually comfortable — no sleeping on a rock here! The area is nice and quiet, with restaurants nearby. To top it all off, the complimentary breakfast was delicious

Well, somehow I was charged $5 from this hotel. I wasn’t able to check in early and literally the hotel lobby person had to call cleaning staff to check if my room was ready when I came back at 4pm. The room supposedly was ready, and so I went up to the room with my two cousins and the room was left unlocked. There was piece of gum on the ground by the entrance and next day in the morning before we checked out, made sure nothing was in the fridge in case my cousins left water bottles in there and low and behold there was fries in the fridge that weren’t ours. Essentially our room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was good minus the pancake maker that just didn’t work.

This hotel is a great jumping off point to Pinnacles NP. The room was well appointed and very clean, and the breakfast buffet had ample choices. I’m not sure why the $5 parking fee isn’t just part of the cost since there aren’t any other parking options.

We got checked in, staff was friendly and helpful. Got to our room and went to put our food in the fridge and the previous occupants old food was still in the fridge, cleaning staff never cleaned it out, disgusting. Most of the trash containers, at the front door, next to the ice machine, everywhere I looked, where overflowing with trash, I ended up just leaving trash on the floor next to the counter which I didn't like doing. It's a nice hotel but obviously has some staffing issues. Breakfast choices were typical but the coffee was much above what is normally offered at most hotels. Other than the trash issues, it was a good stay.
