Nice spacious rooms with kitchen and balcony. Kitchen was somewhat equipped but we had some unexpected issues. ten spoons and four knives but no forks at alll. Skillets but no spatulas. Beds are soft and lumpy. Several light bulbs were burned out. It takes a lot of time to request assistance since only two staff members are also handling the r bakery and coffee bar but were helpful when eventually available

A great stay on my trip as a middle crossing point in Geilo, en route to Oslo from Bergen; it is within close walking distance from restaurants/shops, the information centre and of course the train station - as well as both having a restaurant/drinks counter (including tea and Starbucks coffee selections) and a nice swimming pool/jacuzzi/sauna in their building to access was also great for my short stay! Plus the staff were very nice and helpful when it came to check in/check out and drink orders. A definite recommend, especially if you're into nature walks, hiking or skiing close by to your accommodation. :)
