"This is by far the best hostel I've ever stayed in. The facilities are beautiful. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, there is tons of seating in the lounge and bar. "Good location in between the beach and the old town. Free bike rental, though the conditions of these bikes are so so, they get you from point a to b. The bed is good, I love the lighting design of the room, though the switch system with the 3 colors mode is terrible when you turn it on at night and it’s bright white. The water pressure is terrible and we could barely shower. Nice kitchen and accessible drinking water."

"I had a terrible experience here. The only thing the staff/family were interested in was selling tours. The room itself was dirty and very dated. "We had a gorgeous stay at Palm Garden Resort. It is perfectly located away from the crowds of Hoi An Old town on a stunningly clean beach. We swam in the clear ocean every day. Our room overlooked the beach, manicured lawn and palm trees. Glorious! The staff are friendly and clearly love working there. We were treated to a fresh coconut cut on site from Thi - The Coconut man. What a treat and a fun memory. Thanks Thi! There is lots to do at the resort for all ages. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return."
