A lot to be improved

Have a lot to improve- seems like management doesn’t care about their guests comfort, everything is new but openly dirty, stayed for two nights and during our stay the room wasn’t cleaned properly even once, toiletries wasn’t replenish, you can’t ask for more water to be delivered to your room. But the most upsetting were aircons which I reckon were not powerful enough for their big spaces - all premises were super hot! Hot everywhere, impossible to sleep or have breakfast without shedding tons of sweat! The local area is super beautiful, good location, it’s comfortable to explore it on a bicycle (the hotel provides them for free, but even though the hotel is new, bicycles are already pretty worn down with faulty breaks, so be prepared). Overall only because of its newness and good location our stay was bearable, but will not recommend it to my friends.

Room with garden UNDER CONSTRUCTION

I booked a room with a charming garden they say, however it was under construction and covered with green net so we can’t enjoy the view at all. They should have told about this before booking.

Personal super aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön außerhalb zwischen Reisfeldern. Frühstück war sehr gut. Fahrräder sind inklusive aber nicht gut gewartet (wie überall in Vietnam) und leider ohne Licht. Wir fanden es sehr schön dort und können es weiterempfehlen.

We LOVED the bathroom, it is so beautifully designed and in tune with the natural environment. The turndown service included setting up the mosquito net and turning on the mosquito lamp, a touch we really appreciated. The restaurant was also much utilised by us, delicate, flavourful food with a variety of options to last us the trip, beautiful linen table setting and stunning view of the mountains. A lasting impression to remember was the folk stories we received rolled up on our beds at night - it was so special.

There wasn’t one thing that was not 5 stars here. I came for my honeymoon and this hotel was by far the best we stayed at. So many little details were thought about that really made us feel special. Son was the man and you could tell he loved his job.

An amazing resort! Hotel and staff are as astonishing as the area of Ninh Binh! Food was great, staff super friendly, a lot of accommodations (e.g. free bicycle or moped to rent), fast WiFi and luxury feeling.

The most friendly people and perfect stay!

This place is a hidden gem! We’ve been in a lot of luxury hotels, but this was definitly the best experience we’ve had. Everything is super clean, the views are stunning, all you need is available but most importantly, the people are genuinly friendly and do everything with a smile. Just for the people, we would return any time!! Thank you so much for making our stay amazing!
