I would gladly recommend this wonderful facility and when we come back to Palmerston North in August we will plan to stay here The location was ideal, walk to dinner downtown and around the corner to the esplanade. "The room was very spacious it had a small balcony, a kitchenette which was a bit small but manageable and a hot tub which was round and accommodated more than 1 person, it was luxurious to use. Walkable to town, a bit noisy on the main road and we only saw 1 staff member who was pleasant but we did have to go away for an hour till the room was ready, which was already past the 2pm arrival time, but it was worth the wait."
