"The amenities provided were amazing and the room was spacious. The bed was beyond comfy and you’re given four pillows. The entire building was modern and up to date and even had a cute coffee shop right next door. 10/10 would recommend! Some notes to keep in mind: these rooms do not have AC if that’s something you’re used to. Also if you’re traveling to London for the classic tourist landmarks, they are pretty far from this location and require a tube ride. It’s also about an hour and a half from LHR airport. "

"The room was lovely, we were just over the road from the train station which was very convenient. The only downside was that you couldn't put the air conditioning on in the room (as it is winter) and when you had the window open, the train noises were really loud."

"Genuinely no complaints. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, and had a luscious smell running all through the hotel (like a spa!). Very nice and modern room - fresh walls with touch screen features for the lights and aircon. Took a while to figure out but once you do it’s really easy to warm up (or cool down) the room. I like that there’s a long mirror so you can see your whole outfit also! Perfect for a short stay (not the largest and doesn’t have a wardrobe but perfect for a day or two!). "
