Everything worked smoothly with the app they used to identify luggage - they were VERY busy but remained polite and helpful. The room was perfect for the stay and I enjoyed use of the public bath after days walking around Tokyo and to Nagano to see the snow monkeys. I'd recommend this hotel - just make sure you put the right one in the satnav as there are a few with very similar names! "

The friendly staff helped us when checking in and checking out, and the hotel amenities and bath products are lovely. Breakfast selections are plentiful and replenished often. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Súper small rooms but that’s very typical of Japan. Two people barely fit in one room and you will have to be creative about how you organize. Otherwise, if you just need a place to sleep, this is the place. It’s central to everything in Shinjuku including the train station. I would stay here again. "
