I enjoyed my vacation at Lyda Club Hotel. The room was so clean. The sheets and towels were changed every day. The food which was buffet style was pretty good. I liked the snack bar where they had barbecue almost every evening. Sometimes they had pasta. Overall, it was good and convenient. The staff is nice and friendly. I recommend it.

It's on flight path, no where to go at night, hardly any lights so a bit weary going out and about. To get anywhere you have to pay for a taxi or bus. Room basic, food ok but never hot. Only alcohol for all inclusive is beer wine ouzo and raki. Everything else you have to pay for..

We stayed 2 weeks at The Lyda Club Hotel, which is only 20 min away from the airport in Heraklion, and 2 min away from the local bus station. Rooms, swimming pools and dining room are clean, all the staff is super friendly and speak all very good English, some also French or other languages. Food: fresh vegetables every day, different meat dishes, different salads and pasta dishes, few fish dishes, but fruits has been the same at lunch and dinner for 2 weeks. More local greek cusine ( especially fish) could add more variaty. Show cooking is quite ridiculos, grilling sausages or frozen hamburger patties is not an highlight! Services: they have only 3 departing hours for the beach shuttle bus ( at 10.00, 12.00 and 15.00 o clock) there is NO shuttle in the evening from the beach to the hotel, you have to walk 20 min back. On Sundays NO shuttle bus at all. Not very good in the high tourist season! Animation: NOT existent during the mornings at the pool, there has never been Acquagym as indicated. Just 2 afternoons 15 min Miniclub animation at the pool Evening: quite boring, no animation programm or something organized. During weekends: NO ANIMATION AT ALL. We have celebrated our son's birthday during our stay, and we asked for a small just symbolic cake. The restaurant baked him a huge, delicious and beautiful cake. Thanks so much, it was very good and nice!!!! In the evenings. only 20 min of Miniclub Babydance

La struttura è molto carina, pulizia un pò scarsa. Il cibo abbastanza ripetitivo e alcuni piatti proprio "no" . Tutto sommato per quello che abbiamo pagato non possiamo lamentarci.

Le séjour était bien, il manque pas grand chose pour que le séjour soit excellent, le bar piscine Sunil soit mieux aménagé. Les repas sont vraiment le point négatif du séjour pas renouvelé, pas de dessert toujours les mêmes entrées. Le personnel repas est serviable et sympa contrairement à l animateur Carlos très ringard et très proche des femme. Aucune animation. Passe son temps à faire le tour des tables mais n anime pas
