The hotel was clean and easy location to go to national park and beaches, night markets near was near by, lots eating options, and best part was there were Lots activities for the whole family to do in the hotel when it was raining out.

We stayed in their "family suite" with two rooms off of a central living space with japanese room with floor beds for our kids, and 3 bathrooms. This worked well for our 3 generation family of 6 and was spacious, convenient and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful each day and the pool was nice, though hours were limited likely due to it being low season. The kids liked the slide. Over all very happy with the stay and value for money.

今回利用した客室はとても広く清潔でした。朝食バイキングはとても種類が豊富で、フレッシュジュース搾り機もあってなかなか良かったです。欠点はやはり子供が多くやや騒がしい事、部屋のボディーソープとシャンプーがラックの表示と逆になっていて使って何か変だと思うまで気づかなかったこと、あとシャワーブースの止水が十分でなくシャワーの湯が外へ流れ出て床がびしょ濡れになったことです。

這次的體驗，被安排到8樓電梯旁邊的房間，偏偏8樓也是貴飯店的溜滑梯體驗入口，剛好小孩午睡遇到了體驗時間開放，房門外就是很吵雜，然後就是退房時，也是遇到溜滑梯體驗開放，整個電梯大塞車，等很久，另外就是B1遊戲區，部分玩具該汰舊換新了 除了以上問題，其他體驗相當不錯

飯店提供地下停車場，平日人少好停車；大廳寬敞氣派又豪華乾淨；八樓有最高的溜滑梯及空橋可收費體驗，但要在開放時間才可以使用；大部分的公共設施都位於地下一樓，游泳池是室內的，有深水區（90公分）及淺水區（60公分），深水區長25公尺，若是沒什麼人的時間，可充分游泳🏊，淺水區有溜滑梯、水槍，可讓孩子充分放電，更衣室男女分開，更衣間、廁所、吹風機、梳妝桌椅、儲物櫃等設備一應俱全；桌球室、撞球桌、空氣球桌、電玩室、卡拉OK室、飲酒吧台、小孩玩沙、奔跑的場地應有盡有；就算不出門也可以待在飯店一整天；房間床墊偏軟，空間充足夠大；早餐有日式、中式、西式及水果；整體而言是適合大人充電、小孩放電、家庭出遊、情侶渡假的優質飯店！

優點：一進門就有舒服好聞的香（水）味、床很好睡、地點很好可以在恆春鎮用餐、飛天彩虹溜滑梯和空中吊橋很好玩，小孩很喜歡，服務人員也很盡責辛苦。 缺點：泳池是冷水、浴室膠條發霉未處理、供水設施看起來老舊不敢用。

冷氣出風口流水聲

這一次和女兒南下墾丁入住這飯店，兩間房間兩晚。住在15樓第一天晚上深夜一點冷氣出風口就傳出很大的流水聲無法入睡，聯繫櫃檯服務人員表示無法改善幫我們改到11樓。隔天早上返回原房間整理行李那個流水聲還在。我覺得如果那間房間一直有一樣的問題不應該安排客人入住。我也不想找服務人員麻煩退房時就沒有多做反應僅在此留下真實評論。

房間舒服，設施很適合小小孩，服務人員很親切，停車場滿位還主動跑出來帶我們去停員工停車場，但…..唯一令人非常詬病的就是，只有三部電梯！！！尖峰時刻等電梯，至少要等20分鐘以上，非常令人崩潰😡
