Rooms clean, I love how well it’s set up if you bring your dog. Service wasn’t fabulous the younger lady at the front desk was quite stand offish but the restaurant has pretty good food

Wonderful grand entrance and very friendly staff. We brought our service dog and everyone was very respectful. The room was quiet and clean. Indoor pool and hot tub area was immaculate with plenty of pool towels. The only areas for improvement would be that the bathroom was very outdated and the breakfast (for 2 adults and one kiddo) was very expensive.

The staff was amazing. Some of the interior needs some maintenance repairs. Nothing major yet. There are a few spots where there are tears in the carpet. The bottoms of the bathtubs are extremely slippery while showering and have zero grip for preventing falls.

Pool and hot tub were nice to have - and we didn’t even have to share! Wish the hotel were closer to downtown but it was fine - clean, appointed, etc. They accept pets which was important because we were in a road trip with our dogs. Good value and we were able to log into our own Netflix etc. which was nice.

I want to give a huge Kiddo to your server at the GOP dinners. She has blonde hair pulled back and wears glasses. She is a hard worker and always very personable. You are lucky to have her on your staff!

Everything was as to be expected but I think all hotels that have pools should have to put that they are closed when booking. We chose the hotel so the kids could go swimming and it was closed. Also the toilet wouldn't flush and the tub wouldn\t drain properly in the room (105). Other than that it was a hotel.

Rooms were nice the bar/restaurant was good. However in our room there were dirty dishes in the closet and the remote was missing. They switched us rooms right away but gave an excuse that they had a big group over the weekend causing them to be short staffed. To me yes I get it to a point but you just made it harder on yourself as moving is caused two rooms cleaned again instead of one. The attention to detail and the front desk attitude was lacking but other than that nice place to stay especially if you have pets. They had a court yard with poop bags in the center of the hotel with sliding doors to the area for those with pets.

From the moment we walked in the hotel, we were stunned by its beauty. The beautiful staircase that wraps around to the upper level is a dream. The bar and restaurant area is very well put together and moody and beautiful. It offers an all-around comfortable vibe. The pool also seemed to be a good swimming option although we did not take advantage of it while we were there. When we first got to our room we ran into some issues with our TV not working and the maintenance staff was on it right away and got it fixed for us. The fireplace in our room was exceptionally beautiful and offered a beautiful ambience throughout the night. I would definitely stay here again.
