Super Kind

I've been to a five-star hotel, but there was no friendlier place than here. You charged my car in the rain for my car, which ran out of batteries on a rainy day. Thank you again. Thanks to you, I'm bringing good memories to Germany.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Es war für eine Nacht ok. Negatives: - Duschgel war leider komplett leer. - Beim Frühstück keine Eierspeisen. Erst auf Nachfrage wurden uns welchr gebracht. Aber wenn man auf der Durchreise ist, ist es alles kein Problem. Habe nur die negativen Punkte erwähnt, damit das Hotel dies in Zukunft besser machen kann. Im Großen und Ganzen: - Gut. Würden das Hotel trotzdem weiter empfehlen

Nun ja, selbst für 3 Sterne sehr wenig. Die Dusche hatte einen Vorhang, das Mobiliar stammt aus den frühen 80ern, Sichtfolie auf dem Fenster kaputt, mobile Klimaanlage nicht funktionsfähig, Frühstück eher auf dem Niveau einer guten Jugendherberge… für mich nie wieder…

Verouderd maar goed bed

Toch wel erg verouderd, muffe geur in de gang, kamerniet geluidsdicht, te kleine douche maar wel net. Zeer goed bed.

Für eine Nacht ok, Zimmer allerdings top sauber. Frühstück nur bis 10 Uhr möglich Sonntags, irreführend wem was beim Frühstück zusteht und was nicht. Personal hätte freundlicher sein können.

Nettes Personal, renovierte Zimmer, aber sonst…

Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Zimmer sind recht modern eingerichtet. Duschvorhang im Bad… Es hapert aber an einigen Punkten: - Housekeeping hat starkes Verbesserungspotential (Mülleimer im Bad nicht geleert, kein Kaffe vorhanden - trotz Wasserkocher und Kaffeetassen, Minibar leer…(warum? Wir hätten gern noch was getrunken, aber die Bar war geschlossen und bei leerer Minibsr…), teilweise noch Schmutz im Bad,… - Frühstücksgepflogenheiten sehr suspekt…am Sonntag wird ab 10:00 ein Langschläferfrühstück angeboten, wofür Hotelgästen dann eine Zusatzgebühr berechnet werden soll (so steht es geschrieben…wurde aber bei uns nicht gemacht!) Der Kaffeevollautomat wird abgeschaltet…beim Hotelfrühstück sei dieser enthalten, aber beim Langschläferfrühstück koste dieser extra…nur leider hatten wir auch beim normalen Frühstück um 09:30 keine Chance mehr. Das „normale“ Frühstücksbuffet ist bereits um 09:30 komplett abgeräumt und es wird auch erst um kurz vor 10:00 nachgedruckt… Positiv: - Sehr freundliches Personal - Sehr leckeres und frisch zubereitetes Rührei Negativ: - Bacon, Nürnberger, frische Waffeln… erst zum „Langschläferfrühstück“ (so die Aussage der Bedienung). - Überall liegt Krempel herum und die Möbel außerhalb der Zimmer haben Sperrmüllcharakter. - Personal ist total überlastet - Auf Anmerkung beim Checkout kam nur als Entschuldigung, dass Personalmangel hersche… Sorry, aber bei einem Zimmerpreis von 150,00 € erwarte ich mehr..,

Die Dusch/WC Badezimmer Plastikschale stinkt und man braucht ca. 10 minuten bis man zwischen kochendem Wasser und Gebirgsbach eine akzeptable Temperatur gefunden hat. Ich würde sagen einen halben Stern über französischem Autobahnmotel. Da schreien auch Nachts leute vor der Türe.

Habe um 22.30U bei euch gebucht wegen Autopanne. Kam da um 22.45 war alles zu und dunkel. Glücklicherweise war nebenan ein Griechisches Restaurant die Zimmer vermieteten.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Ortszentrum

Die Lage ist super, da mitten im Ort. Schon beim Check-in total freundlich empfangen, super freundliches Service-Personal (vor allem - weil wir am meisten mit ihr zu tun hatten - Vanessa.) Frühstücksbuffet - alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Jederzeit gerne wieder!!!!!

Schönes Hotel in der Stadt

Wir hatten das Zimmer für eine Übernachtung gebucht. Das Hotel ist nicht super modern, aber das macht gar nichts. Das Personal und der Service waren hervorragend. Alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit dort wieder übernachten. Liebe Grüße vor allem an Vanessa :)
